The Academy of Oriental Cuisine supports improvement for the hospitality sector. The newly created Hospitality Guilds is working with key awarding organisations to deliver courses in Yorkshire, and throughout the UK.

It is business as usual at the Academy of Oriental Cuisine, and we have test centres in:

• UK - Leeds
• Iraq - Sulaimany City
• China - Beijing & Guangzhou

To book a City & Guilds International Diploma test in the UK, please complete the relevant application form below:

The application form needs to be completed and sent back by either e-mail or by post together with a copy of your passport or letter from the UKBA or solicitor if you do not have a passport with a valid visa.

Tests will not be booked without payment in full. You need to book 2 weeks in advance to prevent disapppointment.

All tests must be booked by e-mail or post, we cannot take bookings over the phone.

For the test you will need to bring:

• a current valid passport or original letter from UKBA or solicitor
• a current valid visa
• two recent passport photos (on a white background)
• one other form of ID with your address

We are accredited by the Accreditation Services for International Colleges (ASIC) to deliver our courses. The Academy of Oriental Cuisine is on the UK Border Agency's register of sponsors licensed under the Points Based System. We are proud to say that we are still A-rated sponsors.
